1) Swim Meet Schedule for Thursday, June 22nd:

4:30 PM OPTIONAL golf cart caravan starting in cul de sac by 300 Aster Ridge

5:10 PM Arrive at Whitewater and check in with coaches **BE ON TIME!!!!!!**

5:30 PM - 5:45 PM - Wilshire Wahoos Warm-Ups (all at the same time!)

5:45 PM - Timer & Stroke / Turn Judge Meeting in Club Room / Events #1 - 4 report to bullpen 

6:00 PM - Meet Begins

2) Location: Whitewater Creek Country Club has three entrances off Redwine Road; please use the middle entrance with the guardhouse

3) Parking: Whitewater Creek Country Club parking lot, which is above the pool area on Birkdale Drive is available for parking. Once the pool clubhouse parking lot is full, we ask that everyone park on the same side of the road. We will have one side of the road marked with signs so parents will know where to park, up Birkdale Drive and along the pool road. We will be providing golf cart shuttles to assist with transporting families to the pool before the meet.

4) Seating: WWC is leaving our pool furniture out; however, we recommend that people bring chairs, as we know there is not enough furniture in our pool area for everyone. Shade is limited, so you may want to bring a tent or two. These can be set-up outside the pool area. Families are encouraged to set-up on the grass outside the deck after pool area is filled. I have attached a map of our pool deck and where the designated areas will be for each team. Again, all overflow should set-up outside the pool area.

5) Break: We normally take a short break halfway through the meet and switch timers (probably after event 36...but it will be announced). This allows timers and stroke/turn judges to switch out if they are sharing the meet shift.

6) Shark Shack: There will be concessions during the meet. We accept CASH and VENMO. We will have pizza, nachos, hot dogs, chips, snacks, drinks, and candy. 

WAHOOS, WE STILL NEED A FEW MORE VOLUNTEERS, SO PLEASE SIGN UP TO HELP IF YOU CAN!!!
