Meet information for Timberlake vs Wilshire Meet *HEAT SHEET IS ATTACHED*

• Meet is at the Timberlake pool- 100 Inverness Shores Dr.
• Schedule
  • 4:00 - 4:10 - Meet around 300 Aster Ridge Trail if you want to golf cart caravan with us!  We'll leave promptly at 4:10!
  • 4:40 - Wahoos arrive at Timberlake pool - check in with coaches at bull pen!
  • 4:55 - 5:05 Wilshire 10 and under warm ups
  • 5:05 - 5:20 Wilshire 11 and older warm ups
  • 5:15- Timer and Stroke Judge Meeting
  • 5:30- Meet starts
• PARKING- Please drive your golf cart if any way possible, and have ONE vehicle for family. Parking will be tight, and there is also some paving occurring on Creekview Drive which may add additional cars to the streets. If you know a resident, feel free to get permission to park in their driveway. The more people we get off of the road, the better!
  • Street parking on Inverness Shores Dr and Browns Crossing Dr (See Picture Attached)
  • Do not walk/park on residents grass
  • There are 20-30 golf cart spots located on the old volleyball court, next to the tennis court. These spots are ideal for people staying the duration of the meet (11&Up families, and those swimming breast/fly as an individual) If you have a younger swimmer, please park on the street.
  • Feel free to drop off your family members and meet items at the pool before parking your golf cart.
• No one may set up chairs on the pool deck, spectators are able to stand and watch the meet on the pool deck. No one may park cars in the pool parking lot. Families can safely set up chairs, and picnic blankets, tailgate tents in this area if you would like a place to sit.
• Wilshire Bullpen will be located at the deep end of the pool - side closest to parking lot.
• Timberlake will have porta potties set up in the parking lot.
• Food- Concession Stand will have Pizza, drinks, snacks, and Mad Greek and Mayday Icecream will be parking in the pool lot for purchase. CASH ONLY (No bills larger than $20) accepted at the concession stand!
