Wahoo parents,

Please download the swimtopia app if you haven't already. It will be super useful for all of us throughout this swim team season! There is no need to let us know if your swimmer will miss a practice, but we definitely DO need to know who will be at every swim meet each week, using this app!

Once you've opened the app, please rsvp for the "time trials" (basically our little practice meet) we will have during regular practice times on Thursday morning, May 29. Use these easy steps

• Choose "time trials" (near the bottom)
• Choose "meet signup"
• Choose "edit" to change the rsvp drop-down for each swimmer from "undeclared" to "attending" or "not attending" for each swimmer
• Choose save.

Please rsvp using the app by Tuesday, May 27 at 11 am to say if your swimmer(s) will be at the "time trial" on Thursday, May 29. Definitely please DO NOT email me to rsvp, as I will reply telling you to rsvp using the app! If you're struggling to get this, ask someone in-person to help you on Monday during our 1st practice.
