Hi Wahoos,

I wanted to let you know that there is a glitch with getting the Pirates' entries uploaded into our mutual system.  We would normally have our heat sheet by now so you could look at it, but you'll have to be patient until they get it figured out.  I'll send you the heat sheet as soon as it is ready though!  

I think you're able to see your swimmers' events listed on the app.  Each swimmer can be entered into max 2 individual and 2 relays.  Some swimmers have only 1 individual race (as that's what they're ready for), and others have more.  It takes 4 people to make a relay and sometimes we don't have exact multiples of 4, so we try our best to rotate who is left off a relay each week -- sometimes we need those swimmers as a sub last minute if someone is unable to swim in their relay.  If you think there is a mistake in entries for your swimmer, please email me as soon as you notice as it's easier to fix at home before the meet than it is to fix minutes before the meet!

volunteers: 2 more volunteers needed - a 2nd shift timer and a 2nd shift starter's helper.  Please step up to help if you are able!

new record: I meant to announce a CONGRATULATIONS to ELLA HINTON who broke the 13-14 year old girls 50 breaststroke record during our time trials.  Ella swam it in 37.34 and smashed the record by 2 seconds!  The record was previously set in 2014 by Maddie Castrillo (who's now a Delta flight attendant!).  Go Ella!
