Wahoo parents,

Please download the swimtopia app if you haven't already - link is on the top right of the website you used to register (wilshirewahoos.swimtopia.com). The app will be super useful throughout the season! There is no need to let us know if your swimmer will miss a practice, but we definitely DO need to know who will be at every swim meet each week, using this app!

Once you've opened the app, please rsvp for the "time trials" (basically our little practice meet) we will have during regular practice times on Thursday morning, May 28. Use these easy steps:

• Choose "time trials" (near the bottom)
• Choose "meet signup"
• Choose "edit" to change the rsvp drop-down for each swimmer from "undeclared" to "attending" or "not attending" for each swimmer
• Choose save.

Please rsvp using the app by Tuesday, May 26 at 11 am to say if your swimmer(s) will be at the "time trial" on Thursday, May 28. Definitely please DO NOT email me to rsvp, as I will reply "rsvp using the app." If you're struggling to do this, ask someone in-person to help you at practice as opposed to emailing me. Also, if your child is new to Wahoos and you're unsure if they will be "ready" for a practice meet... just rsvp "attending" as that's easier even if they don't end up swimming that day.
